Craig, our senior technician/tuner, was invited to take part in additional training for their Hybrid pianos. This event took place at Kawai Pianos headquarters Milton Keynes with 17 other technicians from all over the country who were instructed by Kawai’s Head Technician Nigel Walker.  Having completed the course, we are proud to report that Craig received his certificate of achievement from Kawai.
