Silent Systems

AdSilent – enjoy your piano

Here at Vale Pianos we can retro-fit AdSilent systems, which allow you to play your acoustic piano through headphones without disturbing others. Perfect for situations where you need to do repetitive practise or want to play at unsociable times of the day or night.

These silent systems can be fitted to most modern pianos with a full 88 note keyboard. Please enquire for more information.

If you are looking to purchase a piano, this also means that you can firstly choose the piano and then have the option of us fitting the system to the piano in the workshop.

Alternatively, you might prefer to choose from the range of Kawai AnyTime Hybrid pianos.

You enjoy all the benefits of a modern Kawai digital piano within a beautiful piano case: play through headphones, connect your phone or tablet, experiment with different voices and piano sounds and plug in your laptop.

The control panel of the Kawai digital piano is neatly built into a sliding wooden drawer that tucks neatly away under the keyboard.

There are two crucial measurements we need so that we can install the Kawai digital piano inside:

  • Keyboard width: at least 123cm, measured between the inside edges of the cheeks (the side pieces either end of the keyboard).
  • Front rail depth: at least 8cm.

See “How to measure your piano” above, and get in touch with your measurements if you’re not sure.

Very often older pianos come to a point where they are no longer tuneable and it is not financially viable to recondition them. A digital conversion is an innovative way of giving these treasured older pianos a new lease of life, and a great way of recycling pianos.

A digital conversion gives an old piano a new lease of life: a modern Kawai digital piano is installed inside a traditional piano case. You can have your own old piano converted to digital, or choose from our wide selection of traditional piano cases.
